The house is in central Ermoupolis, the capital of Syros and the Cyclades. Step out for the bakery, the market, a coffee, dinner by the waterfront or the neoclassical streets that give the town its particular character.
The port is less than three minutes away, which makes arrivals and island departures unusually straightforward. We share an approximate location before booking to protect the privacy of the home.
Outside the high season
Syros has a life beyond summer.
Spring and autumn are a beautiful time to stay longer: the island remains active, while its pace leaves more room to notice the ordinary pleasures of being here.
